Kennedy Street Celebrates 100 Years

This Saturday marked the 100th anniversary of Kennedy Street located in the Northwest quadrant of D.C. The  neighborhood celebrated its anniversary by having its second annual Kennedy Street Festival.

Two lots were filled with vendors and information booths. There were a couple of food trucks as well including wood fire pizza prepared on the spot by Timber Pizza Company. Fitness demonstrations and live music provided a variety of entertainment up and down the street. The community really showed their support for the local businesses. Pictures and video follow.
