  1. I love this short film about collard greens. Although I have never eaten it before, I still think It’s great to see how food from our ancestors is still alive in different black communities nowadays. I’m originally from Surinam(South America) and I was raised with nothing but delicious veggies that our ancestors grew up with. And even though I live in the Netherlands our food has been incorporated in the Dutch culture as well. Thanks for sharing! xo – Jey.
